bits and pieces

so... ive done the full marathon.. and u muz think im crazy when i say it wasnt that bad.. i feel the same as when i ran the 10km only that my muscles are 4times as sore haha.. soreness definitely mUCH mUCH wORSe.. cld barely walk yest.. much better today thank goodness.. i juz cant squat very well.. my quads not functioning haha..

oh and therez this sUPer bad pain in my tailbone.. itz killing me manz.. itz like someone hit me in the tailbone with a baseball bat.. i fell on it b4, wondering if thatz why constant impact made it hurt this bad.. gonna consult the drs at my clinic..

the positive is that it really helps you lose weight hARhar~ juz in time for my company dinner and dance the coming saturday haha.. juz hope i can walk in my heels by then haha.. and i dun put on too much when i have free flow fries at this steak restaurant on wed with my seekers and the ben&jerryz on thurs with vick, ling and sarah haha.. might need to keep up the cardio provided i can even run haha..

hope this soreness doesn last.. it reALLy sucks, never want to feel this soreness ever again..

ooh yes.. ling and sarah are bACK!!! or rather ling will be back tmr.. we're gonna meet thursday and then picnic on 26th haha.. :D cant wait for my leave to come manz..

workz been busy coz of 2 exhibitions and a forum on all three weekends b4 my christmas week.. itz really crazy.. other than that.. my patient loadz been pretty easy coz most have gone on holiday or are not feeling well.. work environment has never been better.. i kept praying for a better working environment to switch to but it seems God has brought it to me.. :D

He has gradually changed the people i work with.. the new GM hui min is a christian as is the new sports trainer hui ting who took over callista.. even the new OM of SMG is a christian and itz really a blessing to have them ard.. the feeling in the clinic is much calmer and anyth we wanna bring up to change is much easier.. (: really thank God..

hope i can blog more this month.. esp with my christmas break (: itz quick how this year has passed.. ive alr been working coming to 8mnths.. juz another 12more months to go and im off back to sch!! :D cant wait..

im also starting the bible study with a couple of sbbc mates.. hope to have it start in jan.. we'll see how it goes.. (: hope it will bless our lives spiritually and mentally.. and may our frenship be strengthened in the Christ..
