needles?! nooo!!

rmb my foot being stomped on during training 2 months ago? well, it still hurt even after visiting the sch physio and a month after that.. so itz off to see the expert dr ben tan.. haha.. went into his office today, and sigh, itz another doc.. he examined me a bit, told me it was a ligament thing and not a bone problem.. and to make sure, he sent me for an x-ray.. also told me the worst case scenario was to get an injection.. haha.. and he told me ben tan will see me after i took my x-ray..

aft the loOOng wait to get a 20second x-ray done.. i went back to see dr ben and he did an ultra sound scan.. lots of fluid between the metatarsal heads of my big toe and my second toe.. the thingy that prevented the heads from knocking into each other, and thus causing the pain, was inflammed.. when the inflammation went down, the heads rubbed again and it became inflammed again and painful again.. bleah.. apparently, it was a perpetuating cycle.. which turned out to be the worst case scenario.. means:!!! INJECTION!!!

my face totally went wAh~~~ really ar?!!.. cRap.. so the next 5 mins spent cringing, the needle went into me foot.. bleah.. sickening feeling.. and so, my foot went numb aft the injection, and ben tan says it might hurt more in the next few days.. thanx.... so much for wanting to run this week.. foot felt tOtally funny and at times painful thruout the rest of the night.. bleah.. how annoying.. at least the problemz been addressed.. no long-term problems shld arise according to ben tan..

and so, the experts know best.. haha..

tonite is crime night on chnl 5.. so im kinda staying up til one.. and then watching yu le bai fen bai from 1-2am.. wait for the utd vs roma match at 2.30.. im scared sia.. aft last weekz lost to roma, i feared a loss in the epl match during the weekend.. and alas.. it came true.. how targic and sUper fRusrtating.. both loses were attributed mostly to idiotic van der sar.. how stupid can you be to palm a ball right in front of your goal and gift goals to teams!! wat kind of world-class keeper are you?? mAdness.. i truly hope that this isnt the start of them losing out in all three competitions they are in the running for.. i will sO scream and go outta my mind.. *scary thought get out!!*

oh yar.. daddy got me this tiny portable table from ikea that i can place anywhere in the house and use my laptop on it.. so as of now, im typing this seated on the sofa.. hee~ perfect manz.. itz adjustable too.. (:

and erjie, juz in case u wanted to know.. and thought that u shld know.. we 3 sisters back home are thinking that all 4 of us shld move into yours and djz room.. juz for bedtime anywayz.. two double deckers in the room.. thinking of a sofa bed under the loft.. for when u return.. when u go back to aussie, it can become our relax corner to read and stuf.. (:

the other room we'll convert it into a study, put in cupboards and stuff.. (: we all get more space like that.. interesting how we all wanted our own rooms b4 and now we're proposing to all move into one room.. haha.. im thinking we all wont sleep early coz we'll end up talking at nite.. hahaha..
