Patrick Vieira says he would be willing to move to United if the Reds make a bid for the want-away Juventus midfielder.Reports have linked the 30-year-old former Arsenal skipper with a move to Old Trafford. Vieira is keen to leave the Turin club after they were relegated from Serie A following their involvement in Italian football's recent match-fixing scandal.He had been tipped for a move to Internazionale, but that deal appears to have stalled, paving the way for a return to England.
"Every player wants to play for a club like Manchester United," the Frenchman has been quoted as saying. "After nine years at Arsenal it might be difficult but anything can happen."
The move would not be popular at Arsenal. Vieira was a hero to Gunners fans and pulled on their colours recently in a testimonial match for Dennis Bergkamp. The Reds are still keen to sign a tackling midfield player after completing the sign of Michael Carrick, a deep-lying playmaker.United have been linked with several players in Italy as a result of the fall-out from Serie A's recent scandal, but Sir Alex has already ruled out a move for combative midfield general Gennaro Gattuso of AC Milan, who had their sentence significantly reduced.Currently, the only certainty for Vieira is that he will be leaving the Stadio delle Alpi. He added: "Now I'm not sure where I'm playing next season, I'm still looking for a new club. There might be some sort of conclusion in the next 48 hours and it's a very important decision for me. I will not be playing for Juventus as they are going to Serie B."

ohohoh.. can u imagine if he dOes make the move to utd.. that'll be crazy and tOtally rubbing it in arsenalz face.. haha..
but i doubt tho.. hez alr 30.. another few years, he wld bcome another keano.. if he does, it'll be a short term thingy.. i still think that recruiting a british or a player in the UK region wld be best for utd.. communicating at influencing play on the pitch wld be alOt easier..
