baptisms, shopping n more soccer..

sunday was a long day..
attended my granparentsz church coz they were getting baptised that day.. wasnt really used to it coz of the drums and stuff.. and halfway thru they started speaking in tongues.. so yar.. hehe..
anywayz.. the whole gang was there.. all the cousins(i have 11 altogether) except 2(including erjie) were there.. uncles and aunts were all there.. we watched them get baptised in the sea of east coast.. haha.. that was kinda cool.. we're all really glad that they are saved :D nth better..

hmm.. we all had lunch at the hawker centre at east coast.. had hokkien mee.. then we had rojak and of coz on a hot day u muz have sugar cane juice w lemon.. six of us(clara, alex, rigel, shuala, peiyi n i) shared 3 plates of rojak.. haha.. itz amazing how we can eat so much.. it was too good.. heehee..

then aft spending like 3hrs together eating and talking and stuff.. we went separate ways.. our family went off to town to collect maz phone from the sony ericsson care centre.. we went window shopping and some snacking at mac.. little woman left to meet her frens at marina bay to catch the fireworks at the carnival.. we continued shopping.. dajie n i bought some tops from U2.. :D i think we are getting a tiny bit closer w erjie not being ard..

came home.. caught the last 35mins of the newcastle vs arsenal match.. sadly newcastlez hardworking defence finally succumbed in the 81' to a penalty and aft that a second from v.persie killed them off.. refz kinda at fault for the lost.. sent jermaine jenas off in the first half for a tackle he didnt have a clear view off, giving arsenal the advantage they dont need..

then the wigan vs chelsea match.. that was a sUperb match.. wigan looked like holding chelsea to a draw and stealing a pt off them to help man utd n arsenal early in the season.. but a heArt wrenching goal in the last 30secs of injury time gave chelsea all 3pts.. ive never been soO sad for a team other than man utd before this.. i thot wigan thOroughly deserved the one pt for constantly pressuring chelsea and having better goal attempts than the champs.. how cruel football can be.. it was much much fun watching the near crumble of chelsea.. u shld have seen chelsea celebrate that goal.. it was like they had won a final or sth.. haha.. idiots..
sigh.. well done wigan.. i hope u stay in the top flight for seasons to come.. u have won my respect.. chelski shld learn from u that success is not bought thoroughly w wealth..

other newbies were west ham who killed blackburn 3-1 aft going dwn 1-0 first.. it was nice to see sheringham again.. (: and still very much the great striker he was when he slotted in the equaliser for united in the 1999champ league finals..
